Magicmotor Experience is covered by the Swedish Travel Guarantee Act. This protects customers in case of bankruptcy, ensuring compensation for payments already made.

- Risk of Accident
Motorcycling involves risk. By joining the tour, participants acknowledge and accept these risks. Before departure, all riders must sign a document confirming understanding of the risks. Magicmotor Experience is not liable for injuries resulting from riding or any activity included in the tour package.
- What the Tour Includes
- Motorcycle Rental (Company Bike)
If the participant does not bring their own motorcycle, Magicmotor Experience provides a Yamaha XT660R, Tenere 700 or Gasgas ES 700.
If the bike becomes unrideable due to damage:
- Client's Own Motorcycle
If you bring your own motorcycle:
- Baggage
One piece of luggage per rider is transported in the support vehicle. Magicmotor Experience is not responsible for loss or damage of baggage.

Rider agrees NOT to:
- Riding Safely
Safety is essential. Failure to follow local traffic laws or the guide’s instructions may result in immediate termination of the tour contract, including motorcycle rental.

Legal liability is limited to a maximum of two times the tour price.
