Magicmotor Experience is covered by the Swedish Guarantee Act, which means that in the event of any bankruptcy the Act provides for customers to receive compensation for payments made to Magicmotor Experience
Booking
By completing the on-line reservation / booking and accepting our terms, you agree to the terms and conditions as a binding contract with Magicmotor Experience. An e-mailed confirmation returned by Magicmotor Experience means that Magicmotor Experience has accepted your booking. A deposit of 10 % is required to make a reservation. The full balance is due and payable 45 days prior to departure.
Risk of accident
Participants accept that motorcycling has risks and that these risks are accepted when participating in the tour. As part of the binding agreement, Magicmotor Experiences requires a signature before the tour starts to show that the customer understands the risks of participation and that Magicmotor Experience does not accept any liability for injury that the customer may incur as a result of riding or of any other activity that Magicmotor Experience provides as part of the package.
Our Tour includes
A Yamaha XT660R with fuel and 3rd parts-insurance; hotels and food; a back-up support vehicle; an English speaking guide and a mechanic; double or twin rooms, or single room with a single supplement; breakfasts, lunch on route, evening meals; all listed activities.
Motorcycle Rental
If you do not participate with your own bike, then we supply a motorcycle as part of the tour package – we provide a Yamaha XT660R. A deposit of € 350 is required at the beginning of the tour; this amount should be paid in cash. The deposit fee is equal to the amount of the insurance deductible for vehicle insurance. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the undamaged motorcycle at the end of the tour. The company has up to 7 days after the tour is complete to check if any damage has occurred. If the motorcycle is damaged during the tour and if it becomes un-rideable, then the driver may have to finish the tour in the support vehicle. Our purpose is to have extra motorcycles or repair a damaged motorcycle, but in the worst case, we cannot guarantee that you will finish the tour on a motorcycle after serious damage to your machine.
Clients’ Motorcycle
If you bring your own bike for use on our tour, it does not include motorcycle insurance and the deposit will not be required by us. You pay for your own fuel. All other services of the tour and back-up are included.
Your tour DOES NOT INCLUDE
Clients personal spending money for souvenirs, drinks, personal travel insurance, return flight, personal safety equipment.
Baggage
We carrying luggage for each tour participant in the support vehicle. Magicmotor Experience takes no responsibility for any loss or damage of baggage.
Rooms
Magicmotor Experience takes no responsibility for any damage caused by a customer to hotel property. If such damage occurs for any reason including as a result of smoking, Magicmotor Experiences reserves the right to claim compensation from the customer to cover settlement with the hotel.
Cancellation and refunds
If a customer chooses to cancel the tour 45 days or more before departure, the customer will receive a 50% refund. You can also transfer your tour to another eligible person at no extra charge. The rider / renter agrees not to: 1) Allow other than the company’s customers to use the motorcycle. 2) Use the company’s motorcycle without a valid motorcycle license. 3) Use the motorcycle, if he / she is under a riding ban or if he / she does not have a valid driver’s licence. 4) Use the motorcycle if the customer is in a condition unsuitable for driving including but not limited to intoxication or tiredness. 5) Use the motorcycle for commercial or non-public touring purposes. 6) Use the motorcycle unless under the direction of Magicmotor Experiences staff. 7) Use the motorcycle as collateral or sell the motorcycle or its components, equipment, accessories and documents in a manner that would infringe on the ownership of the rightful owner of the motorcycle. 8) Use the bike for any trips that are not allowed, or any trips away from the touring group, or any trips out of the country of hire without the express written consent of Magicmotor Experiences staff.
Driving safely
Safety is of paramount importance. If the rider does not comply with local traffic regulations or the recommendations of Magicmotor Experience, the entire contract will be terminated, including rental of the motorcycle.
Passport, visa
You need a passport that covers you in the countries you are travelling to. Your passport must be valid at least 6 months after the tour ends. Make sure to bring your documents of travel insurance and both paper and plastic versions of your motorcycle license with you. An international driving license is also recommended if your licence is not written in English or in a Scandinavian language.
Our Responsibility
Magicmotor Experience is responsible for providing the services listed on our website. We carefully select our hotels and restaurants, and make sure they reach a high quality. Magicmotor Experience is responsible for planning all the tours we provide. We reserve the right without prior notice to substitute any part or all of a tour, and make such changes as may be necessary according to force majeure. Magicmotor Experience is not responsible and will not entertain claims for a customer’s safety individually or collectively. Magicmotor Experience is not responsible for any accidents. Magicmotor Experience is not responsible in any way for any occurrence in connection with the customer’s participation in the tour leading to illness, injury, death or other harm for the client, his property, or his family, heirs or assignees. Legal responsibility for Magicmotor Experience as a tour operator is limited to a total cost of two times the tour price irrespective of the claim.
Changes to the tour schedule
Magicmotor Experience has the right to change the tour schedule if the company thinks it is necessary for whatever reasons. Magicmotor Experience is not responsible for any additional costs or losses, any extra hotel reservations or car rental or cost of non-refundable airline tickets. We recommend that your travel insurance covers holiday cancellations or restrictions.
Changes to the specifications
Magicmotor Experience has the right to amend details of the tour if the company deems it necessary.
Insurance
Magicmotor Experience recommends that you take out adequate travel insurance, including protection for medical treatment, accidents and repatriation, and holiday cancellation and curtailment.
Complaints and jurisdiction
If a participant believes that the organizers have not fulfilled their obligations, it should first be addressed by the accompanying senior tour guide. However, if the participant is not fully satisfied, any further comments should be made in writing within 7 days after your return, stating the identity and the tour dates and type of complaint to: info@magicmotorexperience.com. Magicmotor Experience reserves the right to change or modify all or part of these conditions without prior notice.
